The Dreamhouse

The Dreamhouse, a Dutch dollhouse is made from scratch. I began drawing plans for this dollhouse in 1990. Because there were so many miniatures and ideas from other dollhouses, the dollhouse-plans got bigger and bigger.  In the end it got 11 rooms now and it is 155 cm wide (including the garden). The frontdoor and almost all the windows have stained glass and they can all be opened, but to see the inside the whole front can be removed in 3 parts.

On the leftside of the house there's a cosy little garden with a shed. The gate is made of copper and iron soldered together.

The right side of the Dreamhouse has a little balcony. Downstairs there is the living-room. Upstairs the bedroom. Ooff, there still is a lot of work that has to be done before the 'dreamfamily' can move in.
