  7. Nail Ø 0,5 mm
  8. Black and silver paint

Tools

  • Bursh to paint
  • Very thin sandpaper
  • Drillingmachine with drills ½ , 1, 2 and 3 mm
  • Sawblade Ø 30 mm, to saw the tube on lenghth
  • Needlefiles
  • Pincers or old scissors
  • Roundmouthpincer (is this good english ?)
  • Piece old wood for underground or old table to work on

Saw the roundwood a at the good size and paint this black. Drill in the length of th round wood a hole 16 mm deep, Ø 2 mm where the tube e can slide up and down. Do not drill at once with the drill 2 mm; first drill a hole with 1 mm to prevent a burst in the wood.

Paint the entrance silver. Make a hole in one side (under) of 1 mm for the piece of red wire c.

Sandpaper the bottom b en paint this if you like with blanc finish. Drill a hole in the middle Ø 3,5 a 4 mm for fitting part a.

Drill a hole in the cheese-pricker d Ø 0,5 mm for the nail and sandpaper the piece with a needlefile so it looks like a real handle. (Complete handle is about 16 mm long)

At the end of the red wire, wrap up some alu-folie and make a little pinch of the iron-wire (alpaca).

Glue the nail in part b and in the tube e. Glue the red wire in the black part a and finally glue the whole thing in the bottom b.

Put the tube with the handle in the hole of the pump and put the pinch in its place

Succes !
